The purpose of this site is to tell people about the eastern shore of Lake Superior. It is a wilderness area punctuated by a few small cities and it is unique. Woodblock prints appear to be one way to convey the unique beauty and ecological value of the region. There are three Ontario Provincial Parks and one National Park here, as well as a great deal of “Crown Land”, the rough US equivalent of National Forest land.
Montreal River Harbour is a community neighboring on one of these parks, Lake Superior Provincial Park, and many of its residents value the area greatly. Some of members of the Printer’s Association. This site also presents their work.
